ANNOUNCEMENT OF CALL FOR INTERVIEW

Secretary of the Secretariat for Employment in the Public Service on behalf of the Office of the President, Regional Administration and Local Government (PMO-RALG), Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism, Ministry of Health, Community Development Gender Elderly and Children, Rural Energy Agency (REA), Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology (DIT), Water Institute, (WI), Cashewnut Board of Tanzania (CBT), Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority (TAWA), Njombe District Council, Kilwa District Council, Magu District Council, Kasulu District Council, Council of Musoma Municipality, Igunga District Council, Council of Bukoba District, Tunduru District Council, District Council Singida, Busokelo District Council, Uyui District Council, Busega District Council and Bukoba District Council likes notify all Job Applicants that job interviews are expected to be conducted from April 10 to April 14, 2021 and finally assign them work stations job applicants who will pass the interview. Respondents called for interview should adhere to the following instructions:

i. Interviews will be held from April 10 to April 14, 2021 as indicated in this ad; the time and place where the interview will take place designated for each cadre;

 
ii. Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview site dressed Barakoa (Mask);

iii. Each Interviewee should have an identification card for identification;

iv. Acceptable IDs include: - Resident ID, Voter ID, Job ID, Citizenship ID or Passport; 

v. Candidates are required to arrive with their REAL CERTIFICATES, starting with the certificate of birth, Form IV, VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree and continue to depend on the qualifications of the Applicant;

vi. Interviewees who will present "Testimonials", "Provisional Results", "Statement of results", form documents of Form IV and VI (form V and form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED CONTINUED WITH INTERVIEW; 

vii. Each interviewee will pay for Food, Transport and Accommodation; 

viii. Each interviewee should take into account the date, time and place of the interview; 

ix. For job applicants who have studied outside Tanzania should verify their Certificates have been approved and approved by the relevant Authorities (such as TCU, NACTE or NECTA); 

x. Job applicants whose names did not appear in this ad they should realize that they did not meet the criteria. So do not hesitate to apply again if the opportunity arises of jobs when advertised and taking into account the requirements of the relevant advertisement. 

xi. For cadres who are required to register with their Academic Boards they must bring their Real Registration Certificates as well as Licenses to work.

xii. All respondents called to the interview should make sure they are logged in their accounts and copy the test number for those numbers will not be released on the day of the interview.
