Job DescriptionJob Summary:

The IT Support Officer role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the IT systems and services. Additionally, the role includes responsibility for ensuring the security and integrity of computer operations and systems development in accordance with the firm’s strategic plan & IT plan.


Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners – including genuine window and antivirus installations and activations.

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks across the company branches – including scheduling clean up , repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

Working on online help desk -  responding in a timely manner to support requests.

Monitor computer performances and securities , including scheduling antivirus scanning.

Troubleshoot the existing loan management system and networks, and solving faults.

Develop/Implement  IT policy and update from time to time to fit company needs and growth.

Set up new users' accounts (Email & Systems ) and profiles and deal with password issues ( password resets ).

Testing new technology, advise on improvement of existing computer systems and networks.

Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.



RequirementsDegree in Computer Science , Information Technology or related field.

Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products and a variety of PC applications.

Experience providing a quality service desk operation and working in a support role both remotely and in person.

Demonstrated practical experience in a networked computer environment.

Ability to investigate issues and requirements and identify and prioritize appropriate solutions.

Communicate well with staff and suppliers, exhibiting excellent listening skills.

Ability to work flexible hours when required.

Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records.

Ability to develop/maintain  IT policy and update from time to time.
