ANNOUNCEMENT OF CALL FOR INTERVIEW 

Secretary of the Secretariat for Employment in the Public Service on behalf of the Agency Dimensions (WMA), Staff Housing Company (WHC), Land University (ARU), Kigoma Water and Sanitation Authority (KUWASA), Institutions of Education of Tanzania (TIE), National Institute of Transport (NIT) and The Medical Store (MSD) would like to inform Applicants who have applied for to fill the vacancies of the Institutions, that the interview will be held from May 08, 2021 to 25 May, 2021 and finally assign job centers to job applicants who will pass the interview. Respondents called for interview should adhere to the following instructions:

 - i. Interviews will be held from May 08, 2021 to May 25, 2021 as specified in this advertisement;

 ii. Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview site dressed barakoa; 

iii. Each Interviewee should have an identification card for identification;

iv. Acceptable IDs include: - Resident ID, Voter ID, Job ID, Citizenship ID or Passport; 

v. Candidates are required to arrive with their REAL CERTIFICATES, starting with the certificate of birth, Form IV, VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree I continue to depend on the qualifications of the Applicant; 

vi. Interviewees who will submit "Testimonials", "Provisional Results", "Statement of results", form documents of Form IV and VI (form IV and form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED CONTINUED WITH INTERVIEW; 

vii. Each interviewee will pay for food, transport and accommodation; 

viii. Each interviewee should take into account the date and place of his or her appointment; 

ix. For job applicants who have studied outside Tanzania should verify their Certificates have been approved and approved by the relevant authorities (TCU and NECTA); 

x. Job applicants whose names did not appear in this ad let them know that they did not meet the criteria, so do not hesitate to apply again vacancies when advertised and adhere to the requirements of the relevant advertisement; 

xi. For cadres who are required to register with their Academic Boards they must bring their original registration certificates as well as their licenses to work. 

xii. All respondents should make sure they are logged into their accounts and copy the test number as those numbers will not be issued on interview.
