Job Title:Marketing Manager (FMCG)
Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager contributes to Organizational success through effective planning and execution of marketing strategy and initiatives geared to achieve business goals, enhancing acquisition of new businesses and maximizing value of existing portfolio.
Main Responsibilities
Analyses business needs from marketing perspective for the purpose of developing marketing strategy, budget and key actions.
Collaborates with key internal stakeholders to provide and relay communication tools for implementing local and regional publicity.

Coordinates and implements strategic alliances and partnership elements for marketing programs execution.
Champions the content design, distribution and publication of marketing materials through different channels and platforms.

Plans and coordinates CSR strategy and programs for the Company.
Prepares and presents various marketing reports, presentations and publications as per requirements.
Manages marketing expenses in line with authorized budget.
Conducts and researches the market trends for the purpose of gathering marketing intelligence to organize strategic response

Key Requirements .
Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent,
Masters in Marketing/MBA is an added advantage.
At least 5 years of work experience in Marketing field.
Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
Computer Literate, esp in Ms Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, time management and decision making skills.
Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer service excellence.
Commercially savvy.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Delivers results.
